No output sound with firewire although input & output meters are showing that signal is working, Can anyone help ?

me too, OS X 10.15.7 up to 13.6.1 no output

As you may know, repair service for the StudioLive 16.0.2 and StudioLive 16.4.2/24.4.2 Classic FireWire mixers has ended by July 1, 2021. You can try a firmware reset (you find the firmware file in your PreSonus account), but if that doesn't help, there is nothing left you could possibly do. Check the download page of your mixer for more information. You can use Universal Control/Surface v3.6.0.66460 for the mixer.
