16.0.2. USB Channel 15/16 just stopped working?

StudioLive 2442, 1642 and 1602 with Universal Control Ai, SL Remote & QMix

Channels 15/16 stopped working? If I plug into any other inputs they all work, I turned off the mixer and started it again still nothing from 15/16.

From the analog inputs? Or from usb? Or both?

And the input meters? Nothing there either?

Nothing, no meter for 15/16 but others have it and work fine. The mixer is brand new I got it last Friday.

Does not sound good then. Time to get PreSonus or your dealer involved.

I vaguely remember this particular problem with inputs 15/16 been reported before on this forum, so worth a search. And file a support ticket for technical support from PreSonus.

Thanks for your help, I contact the dealer and I am returning it.
