I'm Rob, and I run the soundboard for our church in Jacksonville, FL.

I just replaced our old 16.0.2 board with a new 16.0.2 USB model. In-house (i.e. from the Main analog output to our amplifier to the speakers) all the channel volumes sound normal (podium mic, wireless mic, wired SM58 mic etc...).
But in the computer, the volume levels of channels 3-16 are much lower than that of channels 1 and 2. We stream our service to the internet via VidBlaster and I use the StudioLive16.0.2USB input as the audio input. At first I thought that we weren't getting any input from channels 3-16 across the USB interface, but after cranking up the gains and sliders I found we were getting all the channel inputs, they are just really low!

I've updated to the latest UC software and drivers, but that hasn't helped. (currently running Win7 sp1, 16GB and an SSD hd). I don't know what else to try, or if I'm even posting this in the correct forum?

Any thoughts on this?
