Hi guys,

I'm trying to troubleshoot a networking issue. I can connect to my SL 16.4.2 with QMix-UC from an Apple device, but not from any Android devices.

I can ping the PC connected to the SL, and I can even telnet to port 6969 from the Android shell, but QMix won't find the mixer.

Any ideas?

I didn't think that the classic 16.4.2 mixers would work with the new QMix-UC. Although I could be wrong.

If I am wrong, then the next thing I would check is to see if the device need permissions to control VSL on the FireWire Computer VSL setup tab and that you are using the latest greatest UC for classic mixers.

But honestly, I would be really surprised if the new Android App works with the old classic mixers, I'd guess you'd need a 16.4.2 AI for that.

You are correct here Steve. It doesn't work with the classic mixers.
