Sorry if this is a stupid question. But does UC 2.0 not work with a Studio Live Classic 24.4.2. I thought I needed to update my firmware and UC. The support page took me to this download. So far it does not recognize the mixer. Fortunately my old UC is still installed.

Nope, it does not work for Classic StudioLive mixers. Only AI mixers or the new series III mixers.

Go to your PreSonus user account for your board and download and install 1.7.4. This works and is the current driver for Classic boards.

Please add your specs to your SIGNATURE. Search the STUDIO ONE 4 ONLINE MANUAL. Access your MY.PRESONUS account. OVERVIEW of how to get your issue fixed or the steps to create a SUPPORT TICKET. Thanks so much! Is there a known issue with some Iphones not connecting with QMix? About once a week, one or more of my teams Iphones will try to connect but won't finish. The UC shows the IPhone but the phone still keeps trying to connect(Spinning wheel)

Are the permissions set correctly? Does UC allow the iPhones to connect?
If 1.7.4 does not work, try 1.7.2. For some this has solved the problem. Otherwise - as always - "it should" work, but there are many problems reported and no solutions known.. |
