Unfortunately nobody has reported back here, so probably the best advise is to ask your distributor (Nordic Audio Distribution AB) how much a repair will cost. They will know about the problem. If you know the costs (shipping to Sweden?), you might have a look at this page, just for information...

My desk had this problem a few weeks ago, so I just started messing about with the faders.
After I flashed the master fader to full on then off straight away it cleared the problem.
I have had to do this a few times since and it clears every time.
I found this totally by accident
