If I use my Studiolive 16.4.2 for most of the day, I can't get it working again for almost 2 days. In fact, if I have it on for less than half an hour and turn it off. it might not come on for a day or so.The display won't come on and I only seem to get audio in and out from channels 5 and 6.

Make sure you allow (preferably cool) air to flow around sides and bottom of the mixer. Raise it up a little if possible. Heat is the Achilles heel of the Classic SL mixer.
And I suggest to avoid using the RCA inputs as I suspect those to be sensitive to ESD. Not at first but ESD protection can wear off. |
