Hi, I’m hoping to get some help. I have a new PC running Windows 10 64bit fitted with a DawiControl DC FW800 firewire card I have a studiolive 16:4:2 Ai. I have downloaded and installed the latest version of Universal Control. My presonus 1642 mk2 is showing in Devices-Other devices but it says Drivers not installed. I have tried to manually install the drivers but I get a message saying no drivers available. In my DAW (cubase 5) the fire studio is showing in the list of vst audio but when I chose it I get an error message 0x2. Does anyone know if I’m doing something wrong or how I can rectify this to install the drivers. Thank you in advance.
