Our StudioLive 24.4.2Ai has totally lost its effects (A,B,C and D verb and delay). All routings sub1,2,3,4,and mains. Is this some permissions issue or is it a routing issue? We can see that the effects channels are being fed on the UC interface but there is no output. Lost them just before a festival! Anyone, anyone... The mixer has not been flashed in a long time so the firmware version is old but it matches computer software. Am going to update tomorrow... will that fix the issue?

Sounds like a corrupt scene.
Did you try loading the Zero Out Scene and start from scratch to be sure it's not a hardware problem?
