I was going through, updating my products and found that the UC software is saying that it is not the current version, but the version I have installed is newer than what is reported. The version that I am running and reported is the same listed in my Presonus account (Universal Control v2.5.0.45267 for Windows). Please see attached image for comparison.
Also, where do I find the older versions of UC? Version 2.5.0.45267 for Windows is the only one listed in my Presonus account.

This is the NEW download page for all PreSonus products and also the pages itself have changed. I don't know which AI console you are using, so I take the SL 2442AI as example (http://www.presonus.com/products/StudioLive-2442AI/downloads). The old versions of UC are still there, but you need to choose an older "operating system" like "Mac OS X 10.9.5 Mavericks" in the drop-down menue and click on the link below to get the older versions listed. The list goes back to Universal Control AI v1.0.2.24818. There is a "Show Windows download" link for any of the old UC's (if applicable). You are right, I don't see the older versions of UC Surface in my PreSonus account any longer. But the older firmware is still available. |
