Studiolive 32Ai, 24Ai and 16Ai Consoles with Universal Control Ai, SL Remote Ai, and QMix Ai

Just a quick question about our StudioLive in our youth building. It's a 32AI with the most recent firmware (9194) connected to my MacBook Pro with the latest version of Universal Control (2.0.143236). It will not complete the backup process. I see the process start, but no files are ever created. If there is no current resolution for that feature, will mix scenes saved on the mixer, locally on the MBP, and/or in Google Drive be sufficient in case of failure? I appreciate any feedback.

Your problem is a "known issue". The release notes of UC 2.0.1 say: "AI/RM Mixers: Restoring a Mixer Backup over Firewire is not possible. Must be done over Network connection".
