My new 16.4.2 mixer didn't pick up the usb WiFi dongle (in systems, wifi page) regardless of what how I boot first or plug in first, and firmware was updated...After contacting support, a replacement WiFi dongle WITH a usb adapter (extension) was sent. When the new WiFi dongle is used without the extension adapter, I had the same problem. But with the usb extension adapter, the mixer picked up the WiFi dongle(s) just fine.

Where could the problem be? Support tech said it's a very rare occurrence when the usb wifi dongle didn't get picked up, and that there's not a problem with the usb port on the mixer. But then It just happened to both of the WiFi dongles I got... thoughts?

p.s. Ethernet port works find, and WiFi dongle+adapter works fine...
