From Texas, had been a pro tools guy from pt6.
Have officially jumped ship with avid.
Will no longer support that company.
Just wonder how many of us their are?
Pretty stunned so far at s1pro, even the instal.
Even better that presonus is just east on me.
Any input from s1 veterans on control surfaces?

Mac Pro 5.1, Mojave.
S1 4.5 pro, pro tools 2019.
Ça c’est bon

Yep. One here. Jumped ship a week ago and took the crossgrade deal.
Been scratching my head here and there but all in all I think I’m getting there with S1. Pretty impressive DAW.
Avid no more.

Another one here!

First time using another DAW in 15 years. I was on the path to getting a AAX dsp system with Pro Tools Ultimate, but after the price increases, the lack of requested features and various issues I've had myself I'm sick of it.

Got S1 in the crossgrade offer and so far so good!

:+1 Here's another one! Since PT9
I started recording at a different studio in February. They have Studio One and I really liked what they could do with it. Well my ole Avid I/O board fried in July and I bought a Presonus 1824c. It came with Artist 4. I finally loaded it last week and then paid for the upgrade to pro, in like a day!!

My subscription for PT is due in November..... Was....

"To the Future, Cheers!!" :punk:
