Probably not but thought I'd ask. If it is, would the D8 channels be selectable in Studio One 3.5?

The D8 is an ADAT interface.
It has to be plugged into another interface like a 192
or Quantum to work.

If you have one of the later they yes S1 can see it.

Thanks for the reply. I mistyped in the subject, I meant is it compatable with Quantim. Yes I did mean to hook the D8 into the Quantum via ADAT. The documentation says the later version of the D8 was compatable but did not mention this hardware version.

Pretty much, adat is adat. The device you connect it to will display the available channels to whichever daw you use, so you should be fine.

Just to note, the Current DP88 uses the same mic pres as the Quantam. The difference is slight, but possible noticable.

I also have a Digimax D8. Wondering if it'll be able to connect to the Quantum 2626 using a MacBook Pro and Cakewalk by BandLab. I need to have 16 inputs and record a live band. So is this possible?

AudioBox 1818VSL, DIGIMAX D8, Lenovo WIN 10, also a MacBook Pro, i want to use with a Quantum 2626.
