entering notes deletes chords?

I recently upgraded my ios Notion to the newest version after not using it much for the past couple of years. I typically write bass lines with chord symbols above. Yesterday, I started to enter a longish (80 bar or so) big band chart. My typical progress is to fill all of the bars with quarter note rests, lay out the chord names and navigation (repeats, etc.) first. Then, I can write the bass line that I want. It seems that in the newest version of Notion Mobile, replacing a rest with a note ALSO wipes out the chord symbol above. Is there something simple that I need to toggle to keep that from happening? It seems to let me put chord names on AFTER entering the note, but that really complicates my process. Is there something that I need to tweak to prevent those chord names from being obliterated?

Hello,

Notion Mobile doesn't wipe out the chords if you replace the rests with notes. Just go to the rest that you want to replace with a note, then just select a note value that you want to replace. It is that simple. Just tested again and the procedure should be like that.

If you can't solve the problem, please attach your Notion project's template.

I tried it again this morning and it STILLwipes out the chords. I couldn't figure out how to send you a Notion "template" from the ipad, so I will attach the notion file. Hopefully that will suffice.
ALSO, when I exit the edit session on the iPad, it tells me that it can't save the file, so I'm attaching a screen shot of that as well.

I seem to be able to edit correctly on my iMac, so will do that today, but it would be great to be able to do this on the iPad.
