I have the same problem. The new Notion app cannot locate scores in iCloud. Also I cannot unlock handwriting.

I did find one work around. I had not updated the app on my phone so I was able to airdrop the score from my phone to my iPad.

So I have a workaround for not seeing the Notion folder on iCloud.

copied all the songs from iCloud Notion folder to my local drive
deleted the Notion folder
created a new Notion folder using Notion Mobile
copied the files from local drive back to new Notion folder in icloud

And all of the songs now appear in my Notion Mobile devices I've setup

In my case the old folder was hidden. After going back and forth with tech support I was able to locate it and create a new folder.

For the iCloud hidden folder issue that has affected some users, there is a fix coming in 3.0.1, due very shortly.
