Change sample rate on revelator "outside" computer

I'm using revelator with my Samsung mobile.
I found out that I get a distorted sound because some apps (Facebook live) uses 41khz but the microphone is set on 48khz. I tried to change it with universal control but as soon I connect the revelator to my phone it's back at 48khz.
Facebook live can't use 48khz so I need to change it on the revelator.
I have read the manual.
