Atom SQ potentiometers broken

Hi,
I have issue with potentipometers in my Atom SQ.
Potentiometers 2 and 8 are not speed sensitive (required few times more turns than with others pots) and not always react on turning.
Is it known issue? Software or hardware?

I have recent version updated few days ago.
Presonus helpdesk suggested to contact dealer.
