Can't figure this out. Please help.

I simply want to switch between generic midi controller mode (green light) and Atom SQ integrated mode (blue light).
There are times when I want to use the SQ as a "midi keyboard" and not as the Studio One controller mode. I have the SQ set up in the External Devices preferences as a generic keyboard as well as the more common (blue) integrated mode.
But the only way I can find to switch modes is to de-select the midi in and out in the External Devices preferences for the blue mode. Then I have to pull the usb on the Atom SQ and then reconnect.
Is there another way?
