2017 Intel MBP, macOS 11.2.2 - Atom SQ is recognized in UC and works.

M1 Mini - is not seen by UC.

I've boxed up the Atom SQ - no reason to have it out until the issue is fixed - but I'll hold off on returning it to see if the fix comes before I have to return it. I'll be testing another option in the meantime, and will compare to the Atom SQ if the new firmware comes out in time to test.

So long as there are no changes, which is always possible, should be something next week.

Universal Control 3.4.2 has been released. Once you grab it, you should see an update available for ATOM SQ, firmware v1.15 which should get you back working with macOS 11.2 (among other improvements). Note that UC may not see the SQ even if you have UC 3.4.2. If it does not, you hold down the Setup button while powering on the SQ (the logo will turn red and the screen will stay on Updating Firmware), then the SQ should be seen in Universal Control. Follow the normal steps after that.

Not super specific in the notes, but I can add more clarity if there are questions.

Is it worth having a sticky post announcing these firmware updates?

Also is this sticky post still an issue from 1967? :

Today, 24th of March, PreSonus made a firmware update available for the Atom SQ, version 1.15. This solves the connection problem for me (macOS 11.2.3, Intel).
