Hi! I have just bought a 24c and hooked it up to my M1 Mac mini. The Mac doesn’t see the unit at all. Any ideas?

I can personally confirm the IOstation works with M1 Macs.
Ensure the Universal Control is installed and it shows up there. Also make sure the power adapter is used as it does support power over USB due to motorized fader needing 12v.

Glad to hear you got it working!
I'll mark it SOLVED.

I haven't looked into this but here is a tip to try for anyone who only has an M1.
If it is the same as other Presonus products, there will be a start up operation that puts the IOstation into bootloader which will force it to update the firmware when plugging it in.

The ioStation 24c should work plug-and-play on any Mac device since it is Core Audio compliant. Nevertheless, I just had the same problem with mine on my macbook pro M1 and discovered now MacOS has a privacy feature activated by default that requires user permission to allow any new devices to connect. In my case the permission pop-up window disappeared immediately and did not give me time to click it, so I modified the permission requirements to allow any device and that solved the problem.
