How can I change all of the buttons to go from toggle to single press?
For example I just want play to be a single press not a toggle I have seen it work in Logic which is what I am using. https://youtu.be/wp4D84xmEHs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvD0P5hzI4o |
Just a PSA, if you want an update, you have two options: Start a "feature request" and/or try and open a support ticket. Good luck either way, the few things I've griped about have largely gone by the wayside.
It's true that these are EXCELLENT controllers (and I have both, and they mostly serve me well) but they could still use some love. This section of the forum is mostly dead as a doorknob. Not much going on there, especially from devs. |
So, if I hit the stop button (1 time) controller 111 it has two velocities 127 and then 0
If I hit play and other various buttons I have to hit them (two times) to get the two velocities if I hit the button (one time) only one velocity appears 127 Hit it again and it goes to 0

What should happen is that we can choose how each button reacts on the atom. If I want it to toggle or to be a single button press. That is the issue because in third party softwares it does not work fluidly.
I have uploaded the midi monitor picture to demonstrate this. The buttons that work the way I would like are Stop Select Right Left Down Up All the other buttons are toggle and this is annoying when opening windows Play Record Click Zoom Setup Set Loop Editor Nudge Show/hide Preset Does this make sense what I am saying? I hope you understand. The controller is good, but these are some issues that I hope can be worked out. Thanks |
In logic you can delete the last two digits in expert view (learn function) Then it behaves als a single press button
