Greeting, can I connect Atom and ioStation 24c at the same time?

Yes.
It works for me with both the ATOM and ioStation 24c connected.

When I try to use both the iostation 24c and the ATOM together, one always fails to work. I am using Studio One 4 Artist. Any ideas?

I'm currently running Studio One 6.0.1 Pro and they both work.
I also tested with Studio One Pro 4.6.2 and they both work there as well. Please post your system specs or add them to your signature (see link in my signature below) to help us identify any issues that may be system related. Are your running the latest version of Universal Control and firmware for the ioStation 24c and ATOM? Also please describe specifically what's not working, what specific ports you're plugging both devices into and what you've tried so far.
