Condensed Commands Guide

Is there a separate resource that has a concise list of functions / commands / tasks, etc. for the Atom? The manual is very lengthy and not very helpful as far as just getting you started goes. 
I've watched some of the videos, but when I go back and try to do something on my own I find that I have trouble recalling the steps.
Short of buying a truckload of Prevagen¹, I thought it would be worth asking if something like this already exists so I don't go out and recreate the wheel (insert overused corporate phrase here) if it's already been done.
