My problem is simple. Im on "Channel" mode, I can freely select the first 11 tracks, everything works perfectly there. If I press next when on channel 11, nothing happens. If I select channel 12, the fader does not respond, and if I touch the fader, it will jump back to which ever fader the Faderport thinks its on (whichever was chosen last with the Faderport). I have updated the firmware, everything is set up according to the manual, it has been booted into Cubase mode, its setup as a device in Cubase, I checked the blinker fluid etc. etc. Nothing seems to let me get past channel 11.

Now I know, Mackie MCU is an 8 track protocol. So going past track 8 should load in the next bank of 8 tracks, which makes sense and is correct according to this post from Presonus:
https://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/a ... Navigation
However, that is clearly not the case.

Anyone have a solution? Is this a problem introduced with Cubase 11? Will a fix be posted? Any ideas?

Thanks everyone, this is driving me insane
Ari

I found out that if I press the Number under the channel I want to go to and Next on the FP2018 it switch to that channel all I had to do was to move the motorized fader on my FP2018.
Also I had to get rid of a second Mackie Control that I used on another controller but that's another story.
Hope it helps
