Sometimes a second Quantum 2626 appears in Universal Control and then it disappears again.
When I open the RTA display, see attachment, it disappears when the second Quantum 2626 appears and disappears.
Where is the display where I can dim and mute outputs?

Something wrong with your connection? Check/swap cable?

UC creates an ID under UCNet protocol for the instance of the device detected. Multiples would indicate that the device is going up/down in connection link with the computer and UCNet is just showing you each "instance." When a connection is lost, it takes some time for the device to drop off the list, hence, you see two devices for some time. Losing connection will close any Control Panel windows.

Are you using Sleep / Hibernate Mode on your computer? If so, Stop. That's not good for Thunderbolt devices, it causes too many issues. It's related to CPU Power Management. Audio Workstations should not be using things like this, especially with Thunderbolt Audio devices.

Otherwise, I'm not sure why your PC is doing that. Maybe post some specs.

Q2626 does not have DSP Hardware Monitoring. All Quantum series are simple I/O devices. This means that Host Software is required to access the I/O. Even the Preamps on this model are Analog Controlled from the front.
