As I'm trying to hook up my hardware as an insert in Pro Tools, I have noticed in the Pro Tools i/o window (I'm using Pro Tools 12) it has he main outs routed to Line 1-2 not Main Left and Right as the physical inputs on the back of the Quantum. So if I connect a signal to Input 3 on the Quantum it is routed to Line 5-6 in Pro Tools.

Has anyone else noticed this? If so, is there a work around? I was thinking Output 3 (Quantum) to Compressor then Input 3 Quantum. On the Pro Tools track then add the insert listed in the i/o as Line 5-6.

Your help would be most appreciated.
