Using hardware inserts within Pro Tools on my Quantum

HI,
I would like to use my Neve 1073 preamp and Distressor as inserts in my Pro Tools sessions. I have seen the clips online, however, my Distressor is an insert on my 1073. If I route the signal out of PT (say Quantum Output 3) into my Neve, then back to the Quantum on Input 3 do I have to make any other routing changes?
