At first I thought it was an adapter issue, so I kept losing connection due to that. Which is a true, but I just updated to the new Mac OS last night and ever since, I haven't been able to get my 2626 to communicate. I updated both the universal control to 3.4 and my ilok was also updated to the latest firmware. please help...

Damn, I figured that might be an issue! Very annoying. I just got mine in today. Here's hoping the turnaround for drivers is quick!

My iMac was acting up so I
Bought a new Mac mini with Big Sur and a thunderbolt to usb-c adapter. Downloaded the latest UC for Big Sur and no communication🙄 Please help or at least give us a time frame when we can get back to work. Had to switch to my old PC🙄 |
