Thunderbolt light is flashing on the Quantum 2626, but not visible in Universal Control. Quantum is visible in Windows settings>Devices>Other Devices > Quantum2626 , but is not visible in Universal Control, not in the computer audio, not in DAW. The Quantum Asio driver is visible in Cubase , but i cannot switch ...".cannot load the driver. Please make sure that the hardware is connected...".

My Quantum2 shows up as expected in SOne4. I seem to remember I had to go into Win10 setup and allow Win10/Quantum to use the microphone. Once that was allowed, everything was good.

Studio One v6.5, Win11 latest build, Quantum2, Huion Tablet, ATOM, GR55, HPD-20, iRigKeys, Mackie Big Knob, Elgato StreamDeck+, 8-)

Try this:
right click on the thunderbolt icon, choose settings and check :Allow Thunderbolt network connections.

Also try reinstall Universal Control turn of Quantum and unplug both power cable and thunderbolt cable from back of the device.
