I am on Mojave 10.14.6 and the latest at this posting of universal control.
And for weeks now I am unable to update the firmware on these $%^()* units. I plug them in separately, one at a time to my iMac to make a failing attempt to update the firmware. anybody else unable to update to 1.19 ? Presonus is no help at all. |

I had a similar issue with my Quantum when I first got it. No matter how many times I updated the firmware it kept telling me that there was an update available. The fix was silly. I think it was as simple as disconnecting and reconnecting the power supply. It apparently wasn’t sufficient to power down the unit after the update.

Yeah same on Q2. I think I did actually read "unplug" somewhere during in the instructions!
