Unboxed 2 new quantum. Connected via Thundebold and both working well. Universal Control was suggesting to upgrade the firmware. After firmware upgrade I can still see the 2 quantum in Universal Control as soon I turn them on, but when I select one I immediately get the message on the computer " Universal Control: Quantum unresponsive turn of your device and then on again" but clearly not success even if I restart the devices.

Mac or pc?
By the way try this:
you have to turn off the Quantum and disconnect the power cable from the Quantum for a few seconds after the update is applied.

Same issue here.
MacOS: Catalina :o
Aggregated Quantum + Quantum4848
Latest version of UC and firmware for both devices.

Both Quantum lights are on and blue but despite re-installing the current versions and firmware updates for both devices and doing the disconnect-everything-for-10-seconds sorcery it still doesn't work.

All the cables in my studio are well hidden, so disconnecting and reconnecting hardware to fix a software issue is bollocks IMO . . . even if it actually worked!

Has anyone gotten resolution on this issue? I picked up a new unit, flashed the firmware as prompted by Universal Control. The unit appears but gives the unresponsive message as others have seen. I opened a ticket but was wondering if anyone had already found a fix. Thx.

Nice that it worked. I will also recommend to pull out both thunderbolt cable and power cable from the Quantum after firmware update.
Also don't have two Quantums connected when doing a firmware update. Do 2626 first then 4848. Update each device separately when doing a firmware update. They should not be serie connected to each other when doing the firmware update is my guess. And each time pull both power cable and thunderbolt cable.
