Crackling/Distortion

A weird one that's only been happening recently. I use Logic X and it works fine in that, but when I go over and use a Browser, just to play YouTube, I sometimes get lots of distortion...It's like the Quantum can't release the driver in the background or something. Don't get it with just Logic, don't get it with just Youtube/Browser...but together, I do. Anyone else? (I have the latest Firmware/UC OSX Sierra
