Does someone using VST-Link Master/Slave with two 1824c ?

I years along using this method to make PC Performance X2 i begone over years ago with two Deck PC's with PCIE E-MU 0404 audio card
I upgraded to win7 with this Audio card but W10 finish to upgrade drivers
now we have some VST's asking W10 operating system, and I am using one deck with W7 Cubase 5.2 E-MU (Master) synchronized with a laptop W10 Cubase 11 Pro with 1824c (Slave) work fine with SPDIF connecting
Now to reduce Deck PC Fans noises I'm recently investing in a second Laptop and another 1824c and can't make a synchro connection between them even with SPDIF than ADAT connection

Some advise please ?
