Studio 24C and Universal Control doubling

Hello

I have installed Universal Control on a windows 11 laptop that use for recording. However, it seems that it keeps on duplicating the device every so often.

It will start with 1 Studio 24C device listed in Universal Control UI, a few seconds later it will add another Studio 24c device (hence 2) and then delete one. This scenario repeats every 10-20 sec.

Of course while this is happening there is no audio capture or reading possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is really frustrating.

We need more information to respond to what might be causing this issue. Please update your signature (see link in mine below) with your computer hardware and software specs. Are you plugging directly into a USB 2.0 compatible port? Have you tried another USB cable?
