I just bought an 1824c and trying to figure out if you can use the outputs at the back as stereo outputs individually? I see that the mixes are labelled mix 3/4, 5/6, 7/8.. but can this be setup individually so i can have stereo output on headphones on these channels?

 No, you need two line outs for stereo. Only the headphone outputs have stereo output jacks. |

Yes, you could do that. Try your phones in one output first. If you can get a clean and loud enough signal to one ear then you can use a two mono jacks to one stereo jack adapter cable for stereo to both ears.
If the signal is too weak or distorted (also depends on your headphone's specs) then you have to go through a headphone amp, e.g. the HP60. |
