Hi. I just bought and set up my first Audio Interface - the Studio 24c. However, I am not getting any sound, but think it has to do with that I, from the Audio Setup screen, don't seem to be able to select the 24c. I see an option for Studio USB, and having seen a video where the 26c was being set up, and the Studio USB option was used, I went ahead and did that too, thinking it might fall under that as well. In the manual it shows the 24c as an option, though. Either way, with the Studio USB selected, I do not get any sound what so ever. If I select Windows sound, there is sound. For that, though, I am not sure if the speakers I have hooked to the computer, is the problem. They are Bose Companion 5 USB speakers, so they are completely bypassing the 24c.
So I admit I am not so sure what to do at this point and any help would be much appreciated. Thanks,
Henrik

Hi, I just set mine up today, and had the same issue. I'd missed the step of installing the controller, and Studio One wasn't recognizing the interface. Downloaded, installed, rebooted, it worked. Just like you, my interface was listed as "Studio USB". My guess is that covers both the 24C and the 26C. When I clicked back to the homescreen, it showed Studio 24C.

The solution to your sound issues might be found in your Windows sound settings. You can set whether audio playback is over Windows, or over your interface.

Hope that helps. 👍👍👍😏😏😏

Welcome to the Forum!

Studio One with Windows only recognizes one audio device at a time.
The Main Out jacks on the Studio 24c audio interface requires 1/4" balanced TRS cables that connect to powered speakers (not USB) as shown here. Your setup may work using a cable that connects the two 1/4" outputs to the 1/8" Audio input jack on the Bose Control pod.
