Reaper not recognizing 68c

First of all, I get 10 asio drivers (the FM3 is from my fractal USB) but none of them give me any inputs and return the following message box:

There was an error opening the audio hardware

Welcome to the Forum!

Please include your system specs as it helps us troubleshoot issues like this.

Try the following...

1. Uninstall Universal Control.
2. Download the latest Universal Control which is available at the following link:
https://www.presonus.com/products/Studio-68c/downloads
3. Install Universal Control and only select the following:

4. Restart computer and confirm your computer and Reaper detects the Studio 68c.
5. If not, try another USB cable or plugging into another USB 2.0 compatible port on your computer (Not an external USB hub!!!).
6. Submit a Support Ticket (see link in my signature) if it's still not working.
PLEASE ADD YOUR SYSTEM SPECS TO YOUR SIGNATURE.
