Universal Control ask for firmware update from (v3.05) to new version (v2.51) and when i select "update firmware" it pop-up with "working on firmware update"

after 30 sec or 1 min it pop-up with "could not connect to the device" this happend with mulitply UC versions what ever 2.10 till 3.2.1

i try them using the original USB-C to USB-A cable which come with the device direct to (USB2 ports) without hub all in 4 different computers with different configurations also in 2 laptops all with windows 7 64bit sp1+platform update

no usb devices connected just the 1824c

i try almost every thing i find in presonus forum and other, i need help to start using the 1824c, thanks.
