I’m trying to record using a Roland electronic kit with a TD-9 module, a PreSonus 1810c and Studio One 5 Artist. I have the main outs from the module going into the 1/2 mic/line/inst inputs on the interface. I have my headphones connected to the headphone out on the interface. Why do I have no control with the headphone level control? I’m getting one volume and cannot turn it up or down.

Your interface has two headphone outputs, each with its own level control. Check both controls.

I double checked this and I still have no volume control for the headphones regardless of which input I use.

Perhaps you can post a picture of how your phones are connected to the 1810c interface? The level controls are the two knobs left of the main volume knob.
