Good day. Recently bought studio 26c and registered. There is no way to download Studio One on my.PreSonus page. Only offer Ableton Live. Tell me, Presonus stopped shipping Studio One with this audio interface or just doesn't like me?

20 days my unanswered question on "Questions & Answers". I will use Cakewalk and probably will not buy any more Presonus products.

If you purchased a 2nd hand then used products to not come with Studio One. You can contact the previous owner and if they are no longer using the software they can transfer it to you.

Alternatively you can purchase the software or join PreSonus Sphere.
