Some gripes about the Studio 18/10 mixer panel

I can spend a lot of time configuring channel colors and names, then
with no warning dialog, wash it all away by hitting 'Reset'. Bam!. Gone.

A related feature that would be very nice (read: essential) would be
the ability to save configurations under different names. How else
can I switch between projects that might have different mixes without
writing down every setting and trying to replicate them later?

Oh, also, how do I center pan controls or set sliders to 0dB quickly? I can't get
there easily with the mouse alone. Is there a gesture or keyboard shortcut for that?
I couldn't find one.
