It can not be possible that only with internet can change the frequency of sampling and latency, I do not like to work connected and I take the big surprise that without internet the universal control does not deploy the configurations.
What solution can you give me? |

It may be that your system sounds are changing the sample rate. It is recommended that system sounds be turned off for this reason.
