Hi all.

I'm having an issue with my PreSonus 1810c being recognised by web browsers on Windows 10. I have tried Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Microsoft Internet Explorer and I have the same issue on all of them.

Microphone settings do not appear to be the issue - I can use the microphone that's integrated with my USB web cam, and I can use my Zoom H2 connected via USB without issue.

The 1810c works with other applications as a microphone (e.g. MS Teams), it's just the web browsers that it fails with.

Hoping that this is an easy fix.

Simon.

i'm confused.

Are you saying that when you change Windows microphone input source in Sound Settings to an 1810c input, Chrome does not recognize that, and is still trying to use the internal RealTek microphone array?

I know of no browser setting to select a microphone input other than using whatever Windows default is set to.
