I would like opinions on which set up is better for vocals:

Shure KSM313 - Cloudlifter- RC500 - 192

Shure KSM313 - Cloudlifter - ADL600 - 192

Shure KSM313 - RC500 - 192

Shure KSM313 - ADL600 - 192

Please keep in mind if I use the first set up then I can stereo mic the acoustic guitar with:

Shure KSM44 (2) - ADL600 -192

Thank you from a "keep it simple" songwriter.

IF I had those two press I would do the following:
1. Track the vocals through the RC500 since that gives me some compression if I need it (assuming I like the TONE of this box on my vocal)
2. Track the guitar through the ADL since you probably won't need any compression while tracking acoustic
3. Cloud lifter ONLY if you need the gain or you find you are adding NOISE cranking the gain to get a good tracking level. -12 to -24 works well here for acoustic

* this allows me to get the vocal chain set and LEAVE it alone pretty much, makes tracking quicker, same with the guitar.
I like it simple
