When we play specific video in Pro 7, it takes total control of the Studiolive 24 (series iii), no buttons work, none of the faders respond, and then suddenly everything catches up randomly during the playback.
Has anyone experienced this and have you found a solution? Renewed Vision suggested a couple of things but they didn't help (routing audio out of the computer via System Default instead of specifically channels 1 and 2).
We are using Auto Off in Pro 7. I disabled this feature and the board is still locking up completely during video playback. Sacrificing Auto Off would suck as it ensures no feedback loops during video playback in the sanctuary. Any ideas are appreciated.
