How do you set up a hi pass filter using the EarMix 16? I have it set up in UC, but it doesn't translate to the EarMix. I know there's EQ settings on the EarMix, but not necessarily a hi pass filter. Thanks!

Correct, the 16M do not have a High Pass Filter, so you would need to use the HPF of the mixer Fat Channel, which means to set the Digital Send Options of the mixer input channels to "Post DSP". Default is "Pre DSP". This will include the full Fat Channel processing of the mixer, so you will have to find out what works for you.

Thanks! Does this mean if I’m recording on my DAW then it’ll print the EQ (in this case the hi pass filter)?

Correct, it's a 'general' function for everything digital (AVB, USB, SD).
