Two posts at the same time... 😊 Good to hear that you got it solved. It happens that the firmware installation stops. A power-cycling of the mixer and a new install has always solved the problem.

I was just clicking "everything" in that earlier stage ... trying to figure out what you guys were talking about because the Surface controls were never showing up!

Really appreciate everyone's patience. Hope this helps someone else in the future.

Tanx to all on this thread.............i was having the exact same issue/ that clue to update drive to the UC version found only in the Presonus folder made all the difference................HELLO Presonus.....update your stuff for Windows 10-11
