Im sure its out of warranty. Anyone go in and resolder it back to the board? I dont know if that is the issue. I just know Control doesnt give me a USB option and Studio One doesnt see it either. Works fine hooked to the router and the software works.
But I cant connect USB. Whats the process on contacting presonus for a repair?

You can contact Support via your PreSonus account. Probably there will not be anyone working during the weekend.
