Hi all,

We are having a new issue as of the last couple of months. No issues with this over the past couple of years whatsoever. We have Qlab running on a Mac mini over USB to our Studio Live Series III.

The issue is that, after awhile, playback slows drastically and will eventually halt. It literally sounds like the playback is in slow motion. The reason I believe it’s a studio live issue, rather than a Qlab or Mac issue, is that the only solution is to reset the studio live. When it reboots, playback resumes as usual - for a while. Maybe I’m wrong, though. The issue is not present when using the analog out into an XLR channel, so that’s an option for now. but I’d prefer to resolve our USB issue. Resetting Qlab does not solve the issue.

Firmware on the console is up to date as of today and the problem still persists. Any thoughts?

Thank you in advance!
